Preventive Measure for Sales
At the bottom of the website, we inform everyone that “The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to minors under 21 years of age.”
To prevent purchases of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21, this e-commerce site uses an age gate. This information is used solely to verify the purchaser’s age.
Liability and Warranties
BACCO ITALIAN WINE BAR, LLC will not be liable for failed or delayed delivery if:
- despite having duly and timely purchased the products to cover the order received, it has not been supplied within the terms and conditions agreed with the supplier;
- it is unable to compensate for the unavailability of such products due to circumstances beyond its control;
- it has promptly notified the customer of such unavailability.
In any case, if the customer is a consumer and the unavailability of the products, due to one of the circumstances indicated in the previous points, prevents delivery of the product within 30 (thirty) days of the consumer’s order being placed, BACCO ITALIAN WINE BAR, LLC will refund the consumer any advance payments within 30 (thirty) days of the day following the day the order was placed.
Invoicing
Invoices will be sent via email to the address specified by the customer during the order process.
